What Makes WildTornado Safe?

Wild Tornado is owned and operated by Dama N.V. and based in Curaçao, part of the Kingdom of the Netherlands. There’s no getting around the fact that a Curaçao licence is not as respected as one from a jurisdiction like the UK or Malta. But, as we’ve explained before, it’s almost impossible for a crypto casino to get any other licence right now, so we’ve got to accept that. 

Opinion: Needs More Clarity

Unfortunately, Wild Tornado doesn’t make it easy to find out any meaningful information about their licence or the steps they take to protect player funds. But, our extensive research found the casino to have a generally good reputation among the online casino community (we say ‘generally’ – there were a number of sites giving it a very bad rating).

Sunday Cashback Bonus

If you are a member of the Wild Tornado ‘Guild’ (see VIP program for more info) you can benefit from a cashback bonus on Sundays (UTC). To qualify, you’ll need to lose at least 100 EUR. Cashback is worked out by applying a certain percentage to the number reached after a player’s winnings and bonuses are subtracted from the wager amount. The specific percentage applied is dependent on the status held in the Tornado Guild. Level 1 gets you 8% cashback, rising to 20% for level 7. All cashback bonuses are subject to a 10x wagering requirement. 

WildTornado No Deposit Bonus

Like many other online casinos, Wild Tornado offers a fairly standard loyalty / VIP program. It’s called the Tornado Guild (or, at least, it’s referred to as that occasionally). Tornado Points are awarded for every 100 EUR (or equivalent) bet in real money. Your Guild level increases as your deposits accumulate, and with each level, you’ll get better perks. Like we said, pretty standard stuff.

Opinion: Decent Welcome Offer

There’s nothing particularly special about most of Wild Tornado’s bonuses and tournaments, but they aren’t bad either. The welcome package could potentially be worth a significant amount if you’re planning on making a big initial deposit. But, as so often is the case, you’re going to need to factor in the steep 40x wagering requirements.

Opinion: Reasonable Choice of Cryptos

Wild Tornado offers games from an extensive range of providers, especially when it comes to slots. Sure, you’ve got all the usual suspects, like Microgaming, Yggdrasil, and NetEnt, but there’s also harder-to-find studios like Fugaso and Revolver. 

Landed a Big Win? Withdrawing from WildTornado

Assuming you’ve completed all the account verification steps, withdrawing crypto from Wild Tornado casino should be relatively straightforward. But, as we previously mentioned, there is some confusion because of unclear information – illustrated by the minimum Bitcoin and Ethereum withdrawal amounts, which are listed as ‘50’ each – but it actually means 50 EUR worth.

The information presented at Wild Casino can be unclear, and the fact that no one at Wild Casino has noticed this suggests there is little oversight. Make sure you carefully check all information and if there are any uncertainties, clarify things with player support.

When it comes to help and additional resources, they are thin on the ground at Wild Tornado casino. There is a very basic guide to bitcoin, and some basic information about the site, but nothing to be proud of.

Opinion: The Support Team at WildTornado Was Helpful But a Bit Too ‘Salesy’

The customer support team member was able to answer all my questions. However, she was too focused on selling the site and kept telling me about all the features and games I could play at WildTornado. I could easily see some players becoming annoyed with this. 

It’s also disappointing that WildTornado doesn’t offer support in any other languages besides English.

Responsible Gambling at Wild Tornado

Wild Tornado does claim to offer the option of setting personal limits on deposits, wagers, spend, or general account activity. The casino says these tools are available in the Responsible Gambling section of your account. However, as shown in the screenshot below, when we checked, there were no tools – just a blank screen. 

You can also request self-exclusion, and there are links to organisations like Gamblers Anonymous, GamCare, and Gambling Therapy. 

Opinion: Not Good

What can we say? The responsible gambling tools are missing and the information provided is cursory at best. The fact that such an important element of the website is clearly dysfunctional is a major red flag.

Overall Experience and Feelings of Wild Tornado

While Wild Tornado does have a few good points, namely a good selection of games from an interesting mix of providers, the promotions are okay, and the casino supports a fair range of cryptos, there are major issues. 

However, the combination of messy information on important pages, and missing responsible gambling tools, along with scant information about the company or licensing, plus the less than ideal customer support are issues.
